Putting Your Stamp on It- Personalized Wedding Details

We’ve covered a lot of ground so far- from how to pick your wedding venue to some of the basics you’ll need to work on as you move forward with planning. So, it seems like a good time to take a closer look at some of those personalized wedding details that make your event uniquely yours. We’re looking at how to put your personal stamp on the wedding, literally and figuratively! (Check out our address stamp example below).

There are so many great options you can explore to add your personalized touch to all of the elements of your wedding. Maybe you’ll work with a graphic designer to design a logo with your initials that you’ll use on your paper products. Or, maybe you’ll personalize your cocktail napkins with your names. Or, perhaps you want to have a talented friend do a little cartoon sketch of the couple that will be used on the tags of your small gifts to guests. There are some wonderful options out there that you can easily do yourself or seek out the assistance of a talented friend, or even a vendor on Etsy.

Whichever direction you go- a few small personalized items, or coordinating across everything- it’s sure to be a detail that guests notice and enjoy! For our wedding, we decided on a unique arrangement and font for our names that we used across the board- return addresses on envelopes, thank you card text, information cards attached to our hotel welcome bags, on our wedding website, etc. It was subtle, but just the coordinated look we were going for!

Below, we’ve gathered some of our favorite personal touches that show some suggestions of how you can incorporate your names, initials, logo or fun art, into your rustic chic wedding! Hope these provide some inspiration and happy planning!
